I started my baking career as a child while helping my Nana in the kitchen after school. I continued my passion by going to Johnson & Wales University to further my education in Baking & Pastry and Food & Beverage Entrepreneurship. While studying there, I decided to open my own bakery from my kitchen at home. My passion has always been baking and I love to share my products with others.
When using any fresh ingredients, I ensure that they are the freshest they can be. Whenever possible, I buy eggs from local farmers to keep them in business and to make my products taste richer.
All of the products are made 100% from scratch, no box mixes here. Anyone who has allergies or dietary restrictions can order from me, as I try to accommodate to these restrictions.
